“Self care is so important. For five years I have been a member of a crisis response dog group (hopeaacr.com) and have been deployed to too many high schools for student deaths, school shooters and suicides. We also attend a local NA group to provide comfort for those struggling with addictions. My heart breaks for those that think no one cares, that they are not enough. I also share a home with two first responders; firefighters, paramedic and EMT. The stories they share, the burdens they carry. 

We all need to feel safe, to reach out, to share our stories and be told we are okay, we are enough, we CAN get thru this. Sometimes, all we need is that friendly voice to get us thru today. I am so happy and proud of the work that has been put into this project! Well done!
