After you create an account and subscribe, a message will be sent either to you or to the person you have designated to receive our daily voice notes.  This message will be delivered to the social media account you have listed or to the cell phone of the recipient if SMS was chosen.  Social media apps may have a two-step protocol to initiate messages.

A new personalized voice note will be sent at 6AM (or the time you have specified) each day for as long as the subscription is active.  In addition to the voice note, each message will contain a link to additional resources found on our website.  Recipients do not need to access this link to listen the voice note.  We provide the link just in case our voice note is not enough on that particular day and the recipient needs to reach out for additional support. 

We allow subscribers and recipients to make several different changes to their accounts.  Recipients can change the following account items: the time a voice note is delivered, the category of voice note, the person voicing the note (male or female) and the social media platform address where the note is sent.  Subscribers can change those items but also have the ability to change their email address and billing information.

Due to privacy protocols, most social media platforms prevent companies, organizations or individuals from embedding technology that tracks the activity of a user on their platform.  In our opinion, that’s a good thing.  We are pro-privacy.  However, that does make it difficult for someone purchasing a subscription on behalf of someone else to determine if they are using it, that is without asking them directly.  What we can and will do is update the subscriber account with the number of messages delivered and how many times a recipient has accessed the embedded link to additional resources.  Like you, we want these subscriptions to benefit recipients.  However, we will not provide any additional information on the types of resources a particular recipient viewed or accessed as we believe this to be an invasion of their privacy.  

In the event the recipient does not follow their social media account procedures to begin receiving voice notes, we will notify the subscriber via email with instructions on how to get the process restarted or cancel the subscription and refund the charge.  This is not an issue for voice notes received via text (SMS).

In the event a recipient replies to one of our voice notes with the word “STOP” we suspend the subscription and notify the subscriber. In order for the subscription to restart, the recipient would need to create an account or access the account they have already created and indicate that they would like the voice notes to resume.  In the event we do not receive communication from either the recipient or the subscriber, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the month so that no additional charges are incurred.

Yes.  Whereas we hope everyone who receives our voice notes welcome them and benefit from them we acknowledge that some may feel that they are no longer needed.  Subscribers have the ability to change recipients up to 12 times each year (once a month).

In addition to our security protocols we view whatever information you have shared with us as private.   We do not share or sell information to 3rd parties.  Once a subscription is cancelled the final step in our process is to delete all personal information associated with that account.  We do not retain any account identifier information (credit card info, email address, name, etc.).

Not currently.  However, after a successful campaign launch we will begin the work to offer our voice notes in multiple languages with a target of 2025.

Similar to our plan to offer the voice notes in multiple languages, we are also targeting 2025 as the timeframe we will be able to offer these voice notes to people of different faiths.

Subscribers can cancel the subscription by logging into their account and selecting the cancel subscription option.  Within 1 business day the subscription will be cancelled and the voice notes will no longer be sent to the recipient.  The subscription will remain paid through the remainder of the month in case the subscriber would like to restart the service.  If the subscription remains cancelled, no charge will be made the following month.
